For best results consume one packet with each of your two largest meals daily. Cholox + Solos   6/11/2010 7:47:19 AM By Marc , PA   Cholox + Solos has been discontinued and this product is its replacement... I have not received the new product yet but will on my next delivery. So I will talk about Cholox + Solos that I have been taking for some time... the new formula I assume is better. Not sure of my numbers but I do know that I have always had high cholesterol and low good cholesterol. At my last Dr. appointment the Dr. said my cholesterol was great and my good cholesterol was good. And that's with not taking the product the way I should. Some days 1 pack some days 2 packs some days no packs... well you get it.
